The class is 45 minutes of choreographed dance steps to the tunes of new and old school hip hop and R&B music. The class is low impact and there is a couple of modifications for those of you with knee problems (There will be squats!) The class is designed for you to be able to keep up and still have fun while you get in a great workout and if you can two step on beat then you will be just fine. I promise that you will have fun and leave the class feeling great!  I look forward to seeing you at the class. 

Group Personal Training has the best of both worlds--Group Exercise and Personal training!  Here, you can work out with your friends, but receive specialized attention to your individual needs as well as perfecting your form.  No two people are like, nor should they train in the same way.  With Group Personal Training, we limit the groups to 4 or less so that your individual goals can be adequately considered and met.
